Trust

Built to European rules, not bolted on after.

Cadre is GDPR-native. Your data is stored in Europe, your customer list is never sent to the AI model, and every assistant says it is an AI. Here is exactly how.

What We Commit to, on Every Account

Each of these is a rule we work to, not a setting somebody has to switch on.

Your Data Is Stored in Europe

Everything we hold for you is stored in the European Union. Three parts of the service run outside it: the model that writes the replies, the voice on the phone line, and the Google calendar and address lookups. Each runs under the transfer safeguards the GDPR requires. Your customer list is never sent to the AI model.

Your Customer List Never Goes to the AI

In campaigns we write and approve the message once, then merge in names and details on our own systems, so your customer list is never sent to the AI model. In a conversation the assistant works only from what the person tells it. The model reads that conversation to write each reply, and the conversation itself is stored in your workspace, in the EU.

It Says It Is an AI

It says it is an AI in its first sentence, which meets the EU AI Act transparency rule that applies from August 2026.

Four Rules It Never Breaks

Never invents a price. Never promises a date you have not agreed. Never pretends to be a person. Never books outside your rules.

Private Analytics, No Hidden Tracking

We measure what works without following people around. No open tracking pixel in the emails, and no advertising cookies on the site. We count clicks, replies and bookings, nothing more.

Kept Apart, and Yours

Each client's data is kept separate. What the automations learn about your business stays yours, and it never trains a shared model. Ask us and we will delete it.

You Approve Every Campaign

Today Cadre runs every automation with you. A campaign or a review ask goes out when you have said yes to it.

The Paperwork, on Request

We work as your data processor under a written agreement, as Article 28 of the GDPR requires. Our data processing agreement and our impact assessment are available on request, and the companies we use to do the work are published on our sub-processors page.

Your Data, Plainly

Where is my data stored?

In the European Union. Three parts of the service run outside it: the model that writes the replies, the voice on the phone line, and the Google calendar and address lookups. Each runs under the transfer safeguards the GDPR requires, and your customer list is never sent to the AI model. The full list of companies we use is on our sub-processors page.

Do you send my customers' details to the AI?

Not your customer list. In campaigns we write and approve the message first, then merge in names and details on our own systems. In a conversation the assistant works from what the person types or says, and nothing from your customer list is added to it.

Do you track people with pixels or ad cookies?

No. There is no open tracking pixel in the emails and no advertising cookies on the site. We only count clicks, replies and bookings, which is enough to tell what is working.

Does the assistant tell people it is AI?

Yes. It says so when it speaks or writes. This meets the EU AI Act transparency rule that applies from August 2026, and it is simply honest.

Can I get a data processing agreement?

Yes. We act as your processor under a written agreement, as Article 28 requires. We can share our data processing agreement and our impact assessment on request.

Can I have my data deleted?

Yes. You own your data. Ask us and we will delete it.

Have a Compliance Question?

Send it over. We would rather answer plainly now than leave you guessing. If your legal team needs our agreements, we will send them.
