Law firms · Luxembourg
Your site lists your practice areas. Clients ask for more.
It answers what a first meeting involves, from what you have already told it.
The Same Five Questions, Every Week.
Your website does not answer them, so people phone to ask, or they do not ask at all. Here is one of them, answered.
- “Do you handle inheritance matters?”
- “What does a first consultation cost?”
- “How soon can I see someone?”
- “Do you speak German?” answered
- “What should I bring with me?”
Do you speak German?
Yes. We work in German, French, English and Luxembourgish, and you can deal with us in whichever of those you prefer. Tell me what the matter concerns and I will note the language, so nobody has to ask you twice.

Where you start
One Thing First, Then the Next.
One function goes live. It proves itself on your numbers. Then the next one.
- 01
Website Assistant
It answers the practical questions, books the consultation in your Google Calendar, or sends the client to the booking page your office already uses, and passes anything that needs a lawyer to you. One line of code, live in days.
From €500 to build, then from €299 a month
- 02
Get Found
Someone searching for help with an inheritance, or asking an AI assistant which office in Luxembourg takes a divorce in German, gets a name back. Whether it is yours is measured on Google, on the map and inside those assistants every month, and worked on. Ads too, where they would pay back.
From €599 a month
- 03
Bringing Customers Back
Every client, asked for a review when the matter closes, while it is still fresh. The client whose matter closed some time ago, asked once whether anything else has come up.

Build your demo
See it answer on your firm's site.
Give your firm's name, or your website. It reads what is public there and answers your clients' questions in those words.
- No credit card, and nothing to sign.
- Ready in 30 to 50 seconds.
- You keep your existing number.
The greeting is spoken by a virtual assistant, and its first sentence says so.
Your greeting appears here once you build it.
Nothing plays yet. Build the demo and the greeting arrives in this frame.

Building Your Demo
This takes 30 to 50 seconds. Stay on this page while it works.
Step 1 of 5. Reading your website.
- Reading your website
- Understanding your business
- Building the answers
- Choosing the voice
- Finishing up
This is taking longer than usual. You can keep waiting, or tell us where to send it and we will follow up with your demo.
Your demo
Your demo is ready
Your website could not be read. Sites block automated readers for ordinary reasons. What follows is a general demo rather than one built from your pages. The greeting is yours: it names your business. Onboarding is how it learns a business whose site it cannot read.
It answers in two places, from one knowledge bank.
The same assistant picks up your phone and answers on your website. Both read the same knowledge bank of your business, so a caller and a visitor are told the same thing.
When you are busy, and after you close
Press play to hear the greeting
The clip does not start on its own. Press play when you are ready.
- Your assistant
You will be speaking to an AI. Your browser will ask for the microphone.
It answers from your knowledge bank.
On your website, while you get on with the work
The same assistant, answering as a chat on your own pages. Website chat is part of Run.
No page to show.
- From your knowledge bank:
It answers from the same knowledge bank.
Talk to it
Ask it something out loud
The greeting and the chat above stay open, as long as you like. A spoken call runs on a paid line, so we ask who you are before we open it, and a person from Cadre may write back about what you heard.
Unlocked
The live call is open
Press Talk to your assistant on the phone above and ask it something. Your browser will ask for the microphone first.
Thank you
We have your details
Someone from Cadre will be in touch about what you heard. The spoken line could not be opened in this browser, so the greeting and the chat above are what there is for now.
One Knowledge Bank, Behind Both
Both answers come out of the same private bank of your business.
What it learned from your website
Read just now, with nothing asked of you.
Your website gave it little to read. Onboarding is where the rest comes from.
What onboarding adds
The things no website states. We put them in with you.
- Your prices, including the ones you do not publish.
- Your calendar, and the times that are really free.
- Your booking rules: how long a job takes, what needs a deposit, what you never book back to back.
- Who does what, so a caller reaches the right person.
- Where you draw the line: the calls you want put through, and the rest.
- The answers you give on the phone every day that appear nowhere on your site.
Recommended next move
We could not build it just now
Something went wrong on our side and the build did not finish. Sorry about that. Tell us your business and we will build the demo by hand and send it to you.
Nothing was built, so there is no greeting to play.

The limits
What It Will Not Do.
- Never invents a price.
- Never promises a date you have not agreed.
- Never pretends to be a person.
- Never books outside your rules.
It says it is an AI in its first sentence, which meets the EU AI Act transparency rule that applies from August 2026, and your clients' data is stored in Europe.
What It Knows, and Where It Got It.
Its knowledge base is your own site: your practice areas, your fee structure, your office hours, the languages your office works in, and the documents you ask people to bring. You add what the site does not say and correct what it says badly. Outside that, it says it does not know and passes the matter to the office.
Questions.
Does it give legal advice?
No. It answers practical and procedural questions, and everything else goes to the office. That boundary is written down before it takes a call.
Will it write the way we write?
It is formal, short, and makes no promises. You approve the wording before a client sees it.
Can it screen an enquiry?
It asks the questions you set, records the answers, and books only the matters you take.
What about a conflict check?
It takes the names and the matter and stops there. The check belongs to the office, and nothing is confirmed before you have made it.
Who answers when it cannot?
You do. It says so and hands over the whole conversation, so the matter is not set out twice.
