The limits
What It Will Not Do.
- Never invents a price.
- Never promises a date you have not agreed.
- Never pretends to be a person.
- Never books outside your rules.
It says it is an AI in its first sentence, which meets the EU AI Act transparency rule that applies from August 2026, and your clients' data is stored in Europe.
What It Knows, and Where It Got It.
It answers from what you already publish and from what you add at setup: the work you list, the communes you cover, the prices on your site, the hours your office keeps, and the answers your team gives most often. What is written nowhere it does not invent. It takes the details and passes them to you.

What does it say when it follows up a quote?
It asks whether the quote still works and what is holding it up, then brings the answer back. It does not change the price and it does not give a start date.

It takes those calls like any other: who is calling, which job it concerns, and what they need. It agrees no deliveries and no dates on your behalf.
Can it book a site visit?
