Garages and vehicle workshops · Luxembourg

The enquiry that would have gone to the garage next door.

A driver asking in the evening books with whoever answers, not whoever opens first.

The Same Five Questions, Every Week.

Your website does not answer them, so people phone to ask, or they do not ask at all. Here is one of them, answered.

  • “How much is a service on this model?”
  • “When is your next free bay?”
  • “Can you get it through the contrôle technique?” answered
  • “Can you give me a courtesy car?”
  • “How long will it take?”
Your website Answers on your own site

Can you get it through the contrôle technique?

Yes. We check the car over first, put right anything that would fail, then present it at the centre for you. Tell me the make, model and year, and the workshop will come back to you on the price.

Where you start

One Thing First, Then the Next.

One function goes live. It proves itself on your numbers. Then the next one.

  1. 01

    Website Assistant

The questions that come in at 22:00, in French, German, English or Portuguese, answered from what your site already says. Jobs booked in your Google Calendar, or the driver sent to the booking page you already use. One line of code, live in days.

From €500 to build, then from €299 a month

  2. 02

    Get Found

The driver searching for someone to service their make, or asking an assistant who can get a car through the contrôle technique. Google, the map and the assistants, measured and worked every month. Ads too, where they would pay back.

    From €599 a month

  3. 03

    Bringing Customers Back

The service that is due, mentioned once. The drivers who stopped coming, asked once, and every driver asked for a review after the car is collected.

Build your demo

See it answer on your garage's site.

Give your garage's name, or your website. It reads what is public there and answers your customers' questions in those words.

Give this or the website below. Either one is enough.

The domain only, without https://.

We use your business name and website to build this demo only, and the demo is not kept. Privacy

  • No credit card, and nothing to sign.
  • Ready in 30 to 50 seconds.
  • You keep your existing number.

The greeting is spoken by a virtual assistant, and its first sentence says so.

Hear it

Hear a call

1:02

An example call, recorded with a sample business.

Assistant Hello, you have reached Sample Garage, I am the workshop's virtual assistant. You called about a noise from the brakes.
Driver Yes, can you look at it soon?
Assistant Tomorrow at 09:00 we have a bay free, or Thursday afternoon.

The limits

What It Will Not Do.

  • Never invents a price.
  • Never promises a date you have not agreed.
  • Never pretends to be a person.
  • Never books outside your rules.

It says it is an AI in its first sentence, which meets the EU AI Act transparency rule that applies from August 2026, and your customers' data is stored in Europe.

What It Knows, and Where It Got It.

It answers from what you already publish and from what you add at setup: the servicing you list, the makes you work on, the prices on your site, the hours the workshop keeps, and the answers your team gives most often. What is written nowhere it does not invent. It takes the registration and the fault and passes them to you.

Questions.

Customers ask for prices we cannot give on the phone.

It quotes the fixed prices you list and takes the details for everything else, rather than naming a figure.

Do we have to change the system we use?

No. Your number stays yours and forwards. Bookings land in your Google Calendar, or the driver is sent to the booking page you already use, and we tell you at setup whether your workshop planner has a way in.

Can it book the wrong job into a bay?

It books the work you list, in the slot length you set, inside the hours you keep. Anything else arrives as a message.

What about a car that will not start?

You decide what counts as urgent. When a caller matches, it stops booking and puts them through to the number you name.

Who answers when it cannot?

You do. It says so and hands over the whole conversation, so the fault is not explained twice.
