Custom Solution

When none of them fit, we shape one

The five automations cover the work that repeats across a whole trade. If your work runs through channels, languages or systems none of them covers, we build the automation around your business rather than asking your business to fit what already exists.

The four steps

  1. Growth Teardown
  2. The Job Description
  3. Build and Pilot
  4. Run and Review

Custom Does Not Have to Mean Open-Ended

Bespoke work is easy to sell and hard to buy, because a proposal with no fixed price and no end date gives an owner nothing to say yes to. So the process below is the offer: four steps, each with a length and something at the end of it you can read, use or switch off. You decide whether there is a next one. Nothing is built before the price is agreed in writing.

If one of the five automations already covers your work, we will say so. It is faster and it costs less.

How a Custom Automation Gets Built

Four steps, in order. Each ends in a deliverable, not a status update.

  1. Growth Teardown

    Free, about a week

We look at how work reaches you today: the calls nobody picks up, the forms that sit unanswered, the quotes that went quiet, and what a customer actually finds when they search for you. This runs on public data and whatever you choose to show us. No access to your systems is needed yet.

    You end up with

    • A written teardown of where business is leaking
    • The numbers under it, not adjectives
    • A shortlist of what is worth handing over first
  2. The Job Description

    1 to 2 weeks

We write down what it does, in the words you would use for a person you were hiring. Which channels it answers and in which languages. Which systems it reads and writes. What it settles on its own, what it hands to a human, and the point at which it does that.

    You end up with

    • A job description you approve line by line
    • A fixed setup price
    • Your monthly price in writing, before anything is built
  3. Build and Pilot

2 to 4 weeks, then 30 days free

We build the knowledge base, connect the systems you already use, and put it on your real traffic with a person watching it. The pilot runs 30 days and is not charged, because it is where we diagnose your business on live traffic rather than from the outside. You read every conversation it has, and we change what needs changing while it runs.

    You end up with

    • A working automation on your own channels
    • Baseline numbers, so month two has something to be measured against
    • Calls and website chat visible to you in the platform, with transcripts
    • A diagnosis of how the work actually behaves, from 30 days of real traffic
  4. Run and Review

    Monthly, ongoing

Once it is live the work does not stop. Each month you get what it handled, what it missed, and what we changed. Who your named contact is, and how to reach them, is written into the job description, and the job description is a document we keep editing rather than one we filed once.

    You end up with

    • A monthly report on what it handled and what it missed
    • The changes we made, and why
    • The next piece of work worth handing over

What Gets Shaped Around You

These are the parts that differ from one business to the next. Everything else is the platform, and the platform is the same for everyone.

The Channels

Phone, web chat, email, WhatsApp, your contact form, or only some of them. An assistant that answers the phone at night and nothing else is a perfectly good automation.

The Languages

French, German, English and Portuguese. Which one it opens in, and what it does when a customer switches mid-conversation.

The Systems

Your calendar, your booking tool, your inbox, your quoting software. It works alongside the tools you already pay for, and you keep the accounts.

The Work Itself

Taking bookings, chasing quiet quotes, calling a list back, answering the same question for the two hundredth time, or logging what it hears so you can see it.

The Handover Rules

The moment it stops and fetches a human. Which cases always go to a person, who that person is, and what happens outside your hours.

What It Never Touches

Written down at the same time as everything else. Prices it cannot quote, promises it cannot make, subjects it hands over on sight.

What We Will Not Do

Custom has an edge and it is more useful to say where it is.

  • No strategy deck. Every step ends in something running or something you can act on, and every step has its length written next to it.
  • We do not take over your systems. It works inside your tools and the accounts stay in your name, so switching it off leaves your bookings, your records and your history where they already are.
  • We do not build one-off software you then own and maintain. What we build runs on the Cadre platform, so maintaining it is our job and not yours.
  • We do not promise numbers nobody controls. Search rankings and ad auctions are not ours to promise. What we report is the work done and what moved, whichever way it moved.

Luxembourg state aid

SME Packages AI, and Where Cadre Stands

Luxembourg SMEs can apply for SME Packages AI on projects between €3,000 and €25,000. The scheme only accepts quotes from providers established for at least a year, which Cadre reaches in August 2027. Until then, custom work can still be put to the scheme, with a quote from a provider that meets the rule. The order matters: the pre-analysis, the quote and the application all come before any work starts, because costs incurred before the Ministry decides are not reimbursed. Worth raising on the first call.

Questions About Custom Work

How is this different from taking one of the five automations?

It is the same platform and the same people. The five automations are job descriptions we have already written, for work that repeats across a whole trade. Custom means we write the job description with you instead. If your business turns out to fit a named one, we say so, because it is faster and cheaper for you.

What does it cost?

The teardown is free, and so is the 30 day pilot: that month is where we diagnose your business on live traffic. What is charged after that is priced the same way as the plans on the pricing page, a fixed setup fee and a monthly price, both agreed in writing before anything is built. Custom scope moves the number, and you see the number before you commit to it.

How long before it is actually answering?

Four to seven weeks from the first call, on the durations above: about a week for the teardown, one to two weeks to agree the job description, then two to four weeks to build. The pilot then runs 30 days on your real traffic. If you are applying for state aid, the build cannot start until the Ministry has decided, and that part of the timing is not ours.

What if it does not work for us?

Everything is month to month with no lock-in. The pilot is not charged, so the 30 days that tell you whether this works cost you nothing, and they run on your real traffic rather than in a meeting. If you stop after it, there is nothing more to pay.

Do you work with businesses outside Luxembourg?

The platform is multilingual and your data is stored in Europe, and the work is not tied to one country. Luxembourg and the Greater Region is where we are on the ground, so that is where we are fastest.

Who actually does the work?

A person at Cadre owns your account, and the job description names them and says how to reach them. The automation handles the volume, a human owns the result. That does not change because the scope is custom.

Start with the Teardown

It is free, it takes about a week, and you end up with a written view of where your business is leaking whether or not you hire anything from us.
