The scheme only accepts quotes from providers established for at least a year, which Cadre reaches in August 2027. Until then, a project can still be put to the scheme, with a quote from a provider that meets the rule.

What the Channels You Own Are
Most of Grow works the audiences you already own, so most of it costs you no media at all. That means email and SMS campaigns to your customer list beyond reactivation, your Google Business Profile kept active and current, and your social profiles. You approve anything that reaches a customer.

If your call volume is consistently higher, tell us before the extra minutes add up and we will price around the volume you actually run.
What is the difference between part-time and full-time?
Capacity. Both levels of Full employee carry all five automations, plus priority support and a named lead. Part-time covers about 600 voice minutes a month, around 120 calls. Full-time covers about 1,600 voice minutes, around 320 calls. Start part-time if you are unsure; you can change level at any time.
Is the Growth Teardown really free?
Yes. The teardown is a free, no-obligation look at where you stand, with a short prioritised plan. You keep it whether or not you continue.
How long is the contract?
Everything is month to month. There is no lock-in and you can stop any time.
What does the guarantee cover?
The guarantee applies to the levers we control, like reactivation. If we agree a target and miss it, that work is not charged. It does not cover paid ad results, because no one controls an ad auction.
Do you run paid ads for us?
Yes. We advise on paid ads and can run them for you, Google, Meta, wherever fits your business, once we have told you where they would and would not pay back. Nothing runs without your approval.
