The call-out goes to whoever answers first.

A customer asking after hours books with the site that replies, not the one that waits.

The Same Five Questions, Every Week.

Your website does not answer them, so people phone to ask, or they do not ask at all. Here is one of them, answered.

  • “Do you cover my commune?” answered
  • “How soon can someone come out?”
  • “What does a call-out cost?”
  • “Do you service this boiler brand?”
  • “Can you look at it on a Saturday?”

Do you cover my commune?

Yes, we cover the whole country, and most of our work is in the south. Tell me your commune and what the problem is, and I will get someone to call you back with the earliest they can be there.

Where you start

One Thing First, Then the Next.

One function goes live. It proves itself on your numbers. Then the next one.

  1. 01

    Website Assistant

Your site answers the questions above, in the customer's own language, takes the address and the fault, and books the visit in your Google Calendar, or sends the customer to the booking page you already use. One line of code, live in days.

From €500 to build, then from €299 a month

  2. 02

    Get Found

Someone with no heating looks for the nearest firm, or asks an assistant who services their boiler brand. Your map listing, your reviews and the pages that answer those searches are measured and worked every month. Ads too, where they would pay back.

    From €599 a month

  3. 03

    Bringing Customers Back

The service that is due again, mentioned once. The customers who stopped calling, asked back, and every customer asked for a review when the job is done.

Give your business's name, or your website. It reads what is public there and answers your customers' questions in those words.

Give this or the website below. Either one is enough.

We use your business name and website to build this demo only, and the demo is not kept. Privacy

  • No credit card, and nothing to sign.

Hear it

Hear a call

1:09

An example call, recorded with a sample business.

Assistant Hello, you have reached Sample Climate, I am the company's virtual assistant. You called about a boiler that keeps cutting out.
Customer Yes, can someone come this week?
Assistant We have Tuesday at 08:30 or Wednesday at 14:00. Which suits you?

The limits

What It Will Not Do.

  • Never invents a price.
  • Never promises a date you have not agreed.
  • Never pretends to be a person.
  • Never books outside your rules.

It says it is an AI in its first sentence, which meets the EU AI Act transparency rule that applies from August 2026, and your customers' data is stored in Europe.

What It Knows, and Where It Got It.

It reads your own site and what you add at setup: the work you list, the communes you cover, the call-out price you publish, the brands you service, and the hours you are reachable. Anything neither of those covers, it takes down as a message for you rather than filling the gap itself.

Questions.

What about a real emergency?

You decide what counts as one. When a caller matches, it stops booking and puts them through to the number you name.

I am a one-person business.

It answers while you work, and what it did is waiting at the end of the day.

Can it quote a price on the phone?

It gives the fixed prices you list and takes the details for everything else. A job it has not seen is not priced.

Do you need my service area?

Yes. It books inside the communes you cover and takes anything outside them as a message.

Who answers when it cannot?

You do. It says so and hands over the whole conversation, so the fault is not explained twice.
