Not without your agreement. What each automation may send on its own, and what waits for you, is written down with you before it goes live, and you can change it by telling your Cadre lead. Anything outside that is prepared and held for you.

Can I see what was done?

Yes. Every call, message and follow-up is logged, and the workspace is where you read them. That does not depend on how much the automation handles on its own.

When can I change this myself?

When the client login arrives. Self-serve pricing comes with it. Until then you change it by telling your Cadre lead, and the change takes effect the same way.

How much control you keep is settled before anything goes live, and it does not change behind your back. Today Cadre runs every automation with you: a person here builds it, watches it, and answers for it. You agree in advance what may reach a customer without you, and you can read everything that was done.

Cadre runs it with you

An automation is not handed over and left running. It is built with you, from your services, your prices and the rules you work to, and a named person at Cadre runs it alongside you. That is the arrangement today, for every client and every automation. Think of them as the manager in the background rather than someone re-checking every message forever: they stay accountable, and they stay reachable.

You decide what goes out without you

Before anything goes live, we write down what the automation answers on its own and what it prepares and holds for you. Answering a question a visitor asks on your website is not the same decision as sending a quote, and the line is drawn where you want it. Anything on your side of that line is drafted, held, and waits. You change the line by telling your Cadre lead, and it moves.

You can read everything it did

Every call, every message and every follow-up is logged. The workspace is where you read them: what came in, what the automation did with it, and what it found. There is no setting that trades visibility for convenience, because the log is not a setting. It is what the workspace is for.

The guardrails that do not move

Two things hold whatever we agree. Regulated personal data stays inside careful bounds rather than being handed to the AI to work with freely. And every assistant says it is an AI in its first sentence, which is both the honest thing and what the EU AI Act asks for from August 2026.
